This is George's feedback on how he realized this gigapixel project:

We were able to capture this project thanks to the camera's heavy tripod, stabilized lens and sensor, and stable and precise panoramic robot. The camera was controlled via a phone - Live View for focusing and shooting, and for the robot we had two options - either a Wi-Fi connection with the phone for programming and positioning or a radio remote control for moving the VR Drive. Complete synchronization between all components was the key to successful project implementation. The Panorama VR Drive robot had no problems moving the camera with its very large optics (its load capacity is up to 20 kilograms!). The robot moved the camera and lens 1 to 3 degrees with a positioning accuracy of 0.1 degrees. The results of this professional equipment can be seen on this website!

Congratulations to George + Michael for this fantastic project!
