Peter Mesmer, journalist at the Thurgau trade association, recently wrote an interesting article about Seitz.

The Seitz camera dynasty started in the 1950s when father Hermann had the idea for a rotating panoramic camera with 8mm film. This camera technology developed into the modern digital 360° roundshot systems.
